Why I decided to become a governor

Having worked at Luddendenfoot school for over 10 years as caretaker, "now retired", I

feel in a very privileged position to have been appointed community governor. It is my

intention

to work with and fully support the headteacher and fellow governors in the continued

progression of our fledgling academy.

The Academy has a rich curriculum with fantastic staff.

Who would not want to be part of it.

What I like best about Luddendenfoot Academy School

We have a local Academy on our doorstep with all that implies. ie: new buildings and happy and well behaved children.

My wish for Luddendenfoot Academy is ...

I would like to see Luddendenfoot Academy progress over time to become the leading school in Calderdale, in terms of results and the ability of children to reach their full potential.
