Maths Week
15th - 19th October
We made shape clowns. We played lots of number games
We made wrapping paper with sponge printing
In Music and PE we enjoyed singing and acting out '5 Little Speckled Frogs'
and our 10 fat sausages all went POP and BANG!
As part of our Geography topic we made a pictogram of how we travel to school. We all enjoyed either making a bus, a car or a footprint to show how we come to school and then putting it all together. We learned that most people in our class walk to school.
February 2008
We have been learning about directions and positions in Maths this month. Reception children used the be-bot robots. We told them which direction to move.
In April we learnt about capacity.
