As a whole school, we are saving our coppers and loose change to raise money for Overgate Hospice.

We invited some of the members of staff from Overgate to school to talk to us about how our money would be used.

 

School Fundraising

Each year at Luddendenfoot J&I School, we decide on fundraising events to help different local charities. During the last school year, we collected coppers in a large bottle each week to raise money for Overgate Hospice.

On Monday, a lady from Overgate Hospice came into our assembly to collect the money we had raised from our full bottle of coppers.

In total we raised £62.81
